X-Men Origins: Wolverine kembali menyorot kisah sebelum bermulanya X-Men trilogy membawa penonton kepada kisah hidup Wolverine yang diperan oleh Hugh Jackman. Tentang keganasan dan tentang kisah percintaan romantisnya dengan seorang wanita. Juga tentang hubungan yang sangat kompleks dengan Victor Creed yang kemudiannya menjadi Sabertooth dan juga menyorot kisah bagaimana Wolverine diperkasakan dengan Weapon X. Sepanjang jalan, ramai juga mutant-mutant yang punya power, sungguh buat anda teruja dan pastinya akan tersentak dengan kejutan-kejutan di luar jangkaan. Sebuah filem yang pastinya wajib ditonton oleh peminat X-Men.



















Pengorbanan seorang isteri

Seorang lelaki sedang melintas jalan bersama isterinya pada suatu petang. Nasib malang menyebabkan dia kemalangan. Isterinya selamat tetapi si suami mengalami impak dikepalanya menyebabkan dia koma selama beberapa hari.

Akhirnya si suami telah terjaga dari komanya.Bila dia membuka matanya, dia dapati isterinya sedang bersedih disisinya.

Si suami pun memegang tangan isterinya sambil berkata dengan suara penuh kesayuan;

" Ayang sentiasa disisi abang tak kira masa. Masa abang tengah belajar di U dulu pun, abang sering gagal, dan ayang sentiasa berada di sisi memberi dorongan supaya abang terus mencuba..."Si isteri menjadi sayu.

Si suami menambah " Masa abang tengah cari kerja dulu pun, abang gagal nak dapatkan sebarang jawatan dalam iklan, ayang masih di sisi, tanpa jemu. Siap tolong carikan dalam paper lagi jawatan kosong untuk abang..."

Air mata si isteri bergenang. Disekanya air mata dengan hujung baju. "Bila abang dah dapat kerja, abang kerja sunguh-sungguh untuk kita. Tapi bertahun-tahun tiada kenaikan gaji dan pangkat. Hinggalah sekarang .... ayang masih di sisi abang.

"Dan baru ni abang dah terlepas kontrak RM5j hanya kerana silap yang kecil, abang dipecat dengan notis 24 jam, ...ayang masih disisi.

Mata si suami pula bergenang,

"Dan.. sekarang abang terlantar disini. Bila abang sedar ayang masih juga disisi."

Esakkan si isteri bertambah kuat...

Si suami berkata lagi, "Abang rasa ayang ni bawak sial la .... BERAMBUS KAU SEKARANG!!

Cerita dari Jepun

Pada suatu ketika di Jepun hiduplah seorang lelaki yang sederhana, namanya Oda. Ia memiliki seorang isteri yang sangat cantik dan sangat disayanginya.

Namun sang isteri mempunyai perangai yang buruk, iaitu teramat cerewet sekali.Selain itu sang isteri tersebut juga suka mengumpat dan bercakap dengan kuat hingga boleh menyakitkan telinga.

Jiran tetangga tidak mahu dekat dengannya. Sebenarnya, Oda sangat menyayangi isterinya itu, tapi para tetangganya yang merasa terganggu menghasut Oda supaya meninggalkan isterinya itu.

Akhirnya Oda pun termakan kata-kata tetangganya. Ia berfikir bagaimana cara untuk melenyapkan isterinya dari muka bumi.

Suatu hari Oda mengajak isterinya berjalan-jalan ke kuil tua di tengah hutan. Ketika melalui bahagian belakang kuil tersebut, Oda melihat sebuah perigi buta yang tak digunakan lagi. Maka ia berpura-pura mengajak isterinya melihat burung di pohon besar dekat perigi itu.

Lantas dengan pantas Oda menolak isterinya itu masuk ke perigi.

Sepuluh minit pertama Oda merasa sangat bahagia kerana sepanjang hidupnya baru kali ini ia merasakan suasana yang begitu tenang tanpa celoteh isterinya.

Sepuluh minit kedua, Oda mulai merasa sepi juga karena tidak biasa dengan kesunyian.

Akhirnya sepuluh minit ketiga dengan rasa ragu-ragu Oda kembali menuju perigi buta tersebut.

Ia menurunkan tali timba dan berteriak menyuruh isterinya naik.

Begitu terkejutnya Oda ketika yang naik bukan isterinya melainkan makhluk menyeramkan dengan bulu lebat di seluruh tubuhnya, dialah makhluk penunggu perigi buta itu.

Oda lantas bertanya, "Kenapa kamu yang naik??"

Lantas makhluk itu pun dengan wajah pucat ketakutan menjawab,
"Aku takut la, di bawah tu ada manusia... dah la cakap kuat cerewet pulak tu..."

Biggest Loser...Bye-Bye 11kg

-Maybe some of you wondering why lately i've posted the same post like health and receipe....

-Well, dis is because from now on i want to keep remind not only all of you, but also to myself to keep healthy and fit....

-Maybe selama ni aku hanya ikut perasaan aku... Makan, makan, makan, makan without doing something.... Aku makan without thinking akibat yang aku kena tanggung nanti....

-Bila orang dah tegur badan aku dah naik, mulalah diri sendiri jadi ego... Tapi sebenarnya dalam hati sangat kecewa dan bimbang.. Sapa yang nak jadi camnie? Sapa yang sanggup dengar orang asyik kata badan da makin bulat???

-Bila menonton program Biggest Loser kali pertama, aku dah mula tertarik dan mula terpikir sesuatu... Rancangan yang memfokuskan peserta-peserta obesiti, overweight ni mula berikan aku satu idea mcmmana nak jalani hidup sihat seperti dorang.... Cut meals, more exercise, eat healthy, no fastfood... Tapi at the same time, kita juga diajar camna nak pilih makanan yang berkhasiat dan makanan yang tidak berbahaya untuk tubuh kita....

-Aku secara automatik jadi peminat setia program ni... Aku jadik setia menonton Bob, Jillian, Kim- trainer2 dalam Biggest Loser tuh... Aku kagum dengan keupayaan dorang bertiga membantu peserta turunkan berat badan dan menjadi seseorang yang baru....

-Bob, trainer lelaki bagi team biru.... Selalu bagi senyuman, sangat ambil berat tapi tegas... Kim, trainer bagi team merah... Lawa dan manis sgt... and my favourite trainer of coz will be Jillian, trainer pasukan hitam... Jill tak selawa Kim, tak semanis Kim, tapi attitude dia dalam melatih peserta buat aku ternganga... Memang strict, psiko, no mercy.....

-Dan kerana rancangan ni laa aku berjaya kurangkan 11kg... Aku ubah cara pemakanan aku, aku ubah cara hidup aku, aku created latihan untuk aku sendiri, aku created fokus aku sendiri....

-And nasib baik semua benda yang aku ubah + tambah berjaya bagi hasil... Skipping 300x sehari atau lebih, elak nasi, banyakkan plain water, makan makanan yang takda minyak, low fat milk, tak sia-sia.....

-Seluar yang dulu slalu sangkut kat bhgn paha aku skrg da senang nak sarung..... Seluar yang dulu nak button pun kena tarik nafas skrg da makin longgar dan longgar.... baju kurung yang dulu terasa sendat da selesa balik aku pakai... Alhamdulillah....

-target skrg? Skrg target nak kurangkan few KG lagik..... Tapi skrg memang makin payah sebab penurunan da makin slow....

-Tapi aku diet-diet nie bukan bermaksud makan minum suami aku biarkan.. Aku akan masak mcm biasa.. Aku masak lauk, nasik goreng, kue tiaw, masak itu, masak ini, cuma makanan tuh hanya utk suami aku sorang jer...

-Member2 yang ajak makan2 pun aku terpaksa tolak... aku tak nak program aku nie terjejas... Aku betul2 kene kuatkan diri aku kali nie... Kalau tak, sia2 jer usaha aku selama nie... Aku takkan biarkan berat aku naik mendadak mcm dulu lagik.. Lagipun doktor aku dah nasihatkan aku kalau nak chances anak tinggi, aku kena kontrol diet aku and kurangkan berat skit... (dulu mmg overweight teruk)

-Tapi diet ni pun taklah seksa aku sangat... Aku still boley makan makanan kegemaran aku... Cumanya aku kene pandai2 kontrol diri aku... Makan separuh, then stop.... Yang penting, rasa 'ngidam' tuh hilang.....

-Tu laa aku betul2 hepi bila ada program Biggest Loser nie... Memang automatik aku terlekat depan TV bila program tuh tgh on...

-Wokeh, so kalau korang tak penah tgk Biggest Loser tuh, aku sarankan korang tengok kat channel 702 astro...Mesti korang sendiri akan terpegun tengok camner orang yang ada masalah obes bley turun berat sampai jadi begitu slim esp lelaki..

-Okay.. So, aku out dulu.... Tata

Trainer Kim Lyons















Kim Lyons exemplifies fitness. She has been physically active her whole life and continues to excel in motivating others and achieving her goals in the fitness arena. Armed with a staunchly positive attitude and a winning smile, Lyons finds ways to make fitness fun and achievable for even the grumpiest of clients.


As a child, Lyons relied on her vibrant personality to make new friends. As the daughter of an Air Force fighter pilot, her family moved every two or three years. She has also become one of the industry's most photographed models and has appeared on more than 30 covers worldwide, and in twice as many interior stories to boot.


Lyons has moved to Hermosa Beach to pursue her passion as a full-time fitness professional. She continues to compete on the IFBB Pro circuit while hosting and making appearances at amateur competitions, nutrition stores, and fitness expos to inspire and educate upcoming athletes. When she is not traveling or training, Kim enjoys cooking, studying interior design, and participating in adventure sports.
