Losing weight fast!

-There's lot of ways to lose your weight... You can skip your meals, can cut food portions, can try to exercise EVEEEERYDAY, can try to skip from taking unhealthy food...
-But can we make it everyday? Can we control ourself for a long time? Well, to start a better life and a better health, we can do it slowly....
***1st timer, try to do some exercise such as walking fast til sweat... Then, maybe after that you can upgrade your exercise to something else such as jogging, cycling, aerobic or etc....
***Try to do something that you will enjoy such as dancing.. Fun + sweat = Lose kg....
***Don't skip @ stop taking your meals immediately.. What most important, you MUST take your breakfast coz it's the most important meal of that day... (But ermm try to avoid orange juice from the shop as it contained lots and lots of sugar)....
***Water.... Plain water.. YES, it's important..... Or else, we will get dehydrate... !
***Juice... Its the best way if you do your own juice coz you can cut the sugar and get the real vitamin from it!!! (esp oranges and apples)..
***Try to have one thing such as an old jean, or t-shirt or a dress that doesnt fit with you anymore... Make it as your challenge to wear it again..... (i'm doing the same thing... it's really a good feeling when you've finally can wear it back).... ***Try not to scale yourself everyday.... Do it once in a week...
***Sometimes, when you are doing your housework, off the fans and air-conditioned... At least you can do some sweat while doing it...

Using your break to catch up on work or eat a snackWalk up and down a flight of stairs for 10 minutes (calories burned: 100)
Hitting the snooze buttonGet up 10 minutes early and go for a brisk walk (calories burned: 100)
Watching television after workDo 10 minutes of yoga (calories burned: 50)
